Product Description

Life sucks when your friends are pissed at you. Just ask Zoey Redbird – she’s become an expert on suckiness. In one week she has gone from having three boyfriends to having none, and from having a close group of friends who trusted and supported her, to being an outcast. Speaking of friends, the only two Zoey has left are undead and unMarked. And Neferet has declared war on humans, which Zoey knows in her heart is wrong. But will anyone listen to her? Zoey's adventures at vampyre finishing school take a wild and dangerous turn as loyalties are tested, shocking true intentions come to light, and an ancient evil is awakened in PC and Kristin Cast's spellbinding fourth House of Night novel. (Recommended for readers age 13 and older)

House of Night continues to capture my mind. I have already preordered the next book because this one left me thirsting for more!

I actually picked up this series on a whim and was pleasantly surprised. The story line was terrific, as were the characters. I finished the first book the same day I purchased it and immediately went out to find book 2!

In book 4, Zoey is up against even more obstacles than before. However, she gains an inner strength that was only blossoming previously and learns that through believing in herself and the power of friendship all things are possible.

As seems to be my habit, I read the book cover to cover the same day I purchased it. :) I can honestly say that I didn't find fault with anything in this book. In fact, it left me craving the next installment in the series! Hopefully we won't have to wait too long. :)

In this continuation of her House of Night series, Cast continues to weave and expand her story about adolescence with an extra twist. Her characters and themes are universal and the stories (with their underlying truths) stay with the reader long after the book has been read.

4 out of 5 stars The next installment in the House of Night series   November 3, 2008

I was really looking forward to this book, and I was not disappointed. PC and Kristin Cast again create a page turner. I was however, slightly miffed that the series continues, simply because I now must wait for the next installment. But, seeing as I have every intention of buying the next one, the Cast duo apparently know what they're doing in leave the readers hanging at the end of each book.

Untamed is a great novel. It gets you hooked right away, just like the three novels before. I highly recommend Untamed by P.C. & Kristen Cast.
