5 out of 5 stars Simply Enlightening   May 18, 2008

I just finished reading the book and I can't wait to read it again.
The words and wisdom that are in this book are so profound that I yearn to imbibe each word with utmost attention. This book answers so many of life's questions that all seekers of truth have no matter what faith, creed or religion. As I read this book, I related to Cheryl's spiritual quest in so many ways and was so happy for her when she found the yogi, the mystic, Sadhguru. The openness and ease in which Sadhguru talks about the most mysterious aspects of life made the hairs on my body stand up and my heart pound. There really is more to this life then eating, sleeping and working.
Thank you for giving me a glimpse to the truth. Thank you.

The best book I have read so far on yoga & spirituality. As the title suggests, it is definitely my little guide to Freedom & Bliss.
Sadhguru explains the intricacies of life in such simple logic it is hard to ignore. For all those in search of something more in life this may be the book which can transform your life forever & settle you for good. The techniques he offers are so simple yet profound & can make ones life effortless.

A must read for one and all!

Sadhguru is amazing. His way of communicating profound truths in a simple and easy-to-understand conversational format, punctuated with humorous anecdotes, is what makes this book stand apart from other popular books in it's genre.

I was so taken by the book, that I have bought ten more copies to gift to friends.

Video snippets of his talks are also available on Youtube, and once you listen to him you cannot but help wanting more !!

5 out of 5 stars A Must Read for Seekers   May 17, 2008

If, like me, you have seen the recent webcasts with Eckhart Tolle and Oprah and have found meaning in the teachings in "A New Earth", you will find that this book adds both depth and dimension to what you have learned there. There is so much clarity and wisdom in this mystic's words that they will leave you dumbfounded. Plus, he offers contemporary techniques that go far beyond the "self-improvement tools" we've all tried for years. Take a dip into this deep pool and you will come away transformed.

If you have read Going Deeper by J C Koven, Search in Secret India by Paul Brunton, Code Name God by Dr. Bhaumik or Eat, Pray, Love by Elizabeth Gilbert you will surely enjoy this book. Easy reading, from a living enlightened being.
