IBaddiel Skinner Unplanned--Live from London's West End/I is a fairly straightforward stage recreation of the comedy duo's television format. Unscripted and unrehearsed, the show relies on the improvisational skills of the long-standing partnership, mainly responding to questions put to them from the audience. As might be supposed, the whole thing is a little hit or miss. Too often it descends into idle prattle between the two, much of it based in toilet or sexual humour--not for nothing was the legend "Ladies Beware" emblazoned across the front of the theatre, although the majority of the participating audience members on this video are female. There is much to laugh at though, particularly from Skinner, who proves that he really is one of the best at this sort of off-the-cuff comedy. This is an ideal purchase for fans of the television show and those not put off by the continued swearing and general rudeness, but really not as good as the fantastic IFantasy Football/I.--IPhil Udell/I

I really enjoyed all the series they did of Unplanned and I did enjoy this DVD, although I find it a little odd that it is clearly a "Best Of" from their whole tour. Which kind of tells me that if they just filmed one show and put it on a DVD (like most DVD's are), it wouldn't be as entertaining. Which is a shame.br /br /Also, the extras are pretty poor, just a photo gallery.

I enjoyed the series of this and enjoyed the DVD even more. I wasn't sure if it would feel like too much of the same thing when I bought it but it turned out to be a very good buy. We laughed all the way through it - and I'm sure we will when we watch it again. David Baddiel and Frank Skinner are just so relaxed and comfortable in each other's company that they bounce off each other superbly. A very enjoyable watch.

This dvd is excellent! All of the greatest moments all on one cd! This dvd shows u all of the best moments on baddiel and skinner unplanned that fans of the show will find excellent. The tv series had some great parts to it and some parts which seemed to get boring, well now you can watch all the greatest parts over and over again with the baddiel and skinner unplanned dvd. I highly advise the dvd or vhs to fans of the show, or anyone interested in comedy!

If you enjoyed the tv series of Unplanned then you will love this. The tv series has been criticised for the lack of consistency, some weeks it's hilarious, other weeks the episode seems to drag by. With this video you get the very best of Baddiel Skinner. They gell so well together and their friendship is apparant throughout the gags, creating a more intimate and ultimately funny atmostphere. The secretaries add more laughs and some of the questions from the audience spark off hilarious debates between the comedians. Watch it!

This DVD shows the comic genius of Skinner and Baddiel. The idea is brilliant and shows that as stand-ups they have nothing to fear in the world of comedy. The sharpness of Frank Skinner and wit of David Baddiel is great viewing and makes you wonder why they aren't still on our television screens with Fantasy Football.
