 Where it all went wrong. December 30, 2008
I can be fickle, I enjoyed the first season of little Britain. I didn't think it was original but it had a certain quality. Having enjoyed it, I looked forward to the 2nd series. I missed the first episode but heard it hadn't been very good. I later watched it and I could barely be bothered. Gone was any charm or wit, replaced by a load of terrible nob gags. You can only say its 'irony' so often. It might just be looking at the racist views of society or whatever but it isn't funny. br / Also is there anything more depressing than when a comedy gets so popular humourless people quote it all the time. When every child on the bus is going 'I want that one' you know its time to move on and find a clever comedy not full of catchphrases

This is the mabye so on series, the sick woman Maggie is my only favourite new character i like, get rid off Bubbles De Vera...SHE IS SERIOUSLY BAD! But the 2nd series was good...nothing more i can say!

The second series of Little Britain remains my favourite. Its sketches aren't as boring as the first series, and there's a lot of unexpected bits as well, so hats off to Lucas and Walliams!

I remember when these guys were original and funny - they should have stopped after season 1. As with all catchphrase-based comedies this gets boring very quickly.br /Buy it if you have no sense of humour.

This is one of the funniest DVD's out at the moment. Yes, it can be racist, yes it can be very rude and yes it can be sexcist, but most of the time that is what makes it so funny. The reocurring catch phrases are thought up very well, even if they do get a little tiresome after a while.br /br /Prepare to be offended, but most importantly if you buy this, prepare to have a laugh!
