2 out of 5 stars Too much of a good thing....   October 15, 2008
I loved the first two series of Little Britain - and the Little Britain Abroad special was good too, but I hate to say it really is getting rather tedious now - this is just the same old characters churning out the same old catchphrases. Even the couple of new characters they've included seem to grate on you after a couple of sketches. If they want to keep this going any longer they really need to give the whole thing a fresh look. Catchphrases are ok for so long, but you if you try to build a career on it, sooner or later you're going to come unstuck.

5 out of 5 stars Best Little Britain Series ever!   April 19, 2008

Series 3 for me has to be the best Little Britain Series ever. All the classic characters are here: From the brilliant Sebastian & Prime Minister to Emily and Florence and Bubbles de Vere. If you are thinking of buying only one series of LB I would recommend this or even Series 2. I would not recommend series 1 which I found patchy!

many people seem to be of the opinion that this series has gone too far,in some ways i thought series two had gone too far,but after buying this the other day and quickly slicing through it i have to say that this is a great return to form.
The show as we know is a sketch show and the use of character is important, old faveourites from the first two series return and some leave and this means that new characters are forged as well. The addition of desiree and roman who join bubbles was a genius move, they always cracked me up when i saw them.
The cast really seem to be playing up on this series and enjoying themselvesno one more than the character of sebastian who along with the prime minister are the funniest skatches of all.
The bonus dvd contents are generous with delated scenes and much more,so all in all, this is gross and obscene in parts but very funny,so if you can get past the adult nature then you should have a jolly good time.

This is REALLY getting boring now for Little Britain now...Same characters and same catchphrases, which we ALREADY KNOW FOR GOD SAKE! seriously, Little Britain is now getting boring by the minute...thank god it's over, don't waste your money on buying this!

I wouldn't say it was AS good as the second series, but I really found this pretty cool! The new sketches just get better and better, and I see no sign of Lucas and Walliams slowing down.
