3 out of 5 stars A really uninspiring tracklisting   December 1, 2007
I'm a Huge Spice Girls fan and I was so dissapointed when this only got to #11 but they had it coming.br /br /What were the management thinking!! I have a feeling they thought that releasing anything by the biggest girl band ever would just reach number one without trying. Not without the effort it won't!!br /br /It confuses me as to why this single only has one new remix, no video, no second CD, no new track. These are the things that the fans want (well what I want anyway!) Where are all the new unreleased songs we were promiced by Mel B at the reunion?br /br /I give the song 5 because I think it is great, but I knock 2 off for the rubbish CD - Sorry.

4 out of 5 stars The title says it all   November 19, 2007

Cant say the Spice girls are my type of track to listen to however having listened to the song and seen it on tv, I feel compelled to add my review.br /The comeback track is simply soothing and memorable for all the right reasons. Firstly as it is the perfect choice for the children in need appeal! Secondly because it knocks the socks of the latest offering from an ex -factor reality star.br /It is strange how the spice girls seem to fit right into today's music as though they had never been away. I just hope they carry on in much the same way and wish them every success.br /Oh, by the way other comments seem to knock performances by Geri, but for me she is as captivating as ever, they may have been out of the limelight for a while but they haven't let thier physique suffer like many would be celebs do!!.

1 out of 5 stars What a waste of time   November 18, 2007

I really wanted to like this (particularly after Geri described it in an interview prior to its first play as "a Spice Girls classic") and I really wanted to be able to express my disappointment in far better words but I can only think that if this is all that they can muster, together with bad lip-synching for their first "live" comeback performance, they should really have stayed at home with the kids.br /br /I'm giving it 1 star because you can't give it 0.br /

5 out of 5 stars Best Comeback   November 16, 2007

They were a '90's phenomenem, selling 55 million records worldwide and nearly every single of theirs topped the UK singles chart (except 'Stop' which hit #2), and that is the best chart achievement when you released 10 singles. br /This single should be big and take them to number one for a 10th time as they deserve it and i need to criticise the reviewers who say this is a boring track. If it was a big up-tempo track like 'Wannabe', you all would criticise them aswell for being a bit immature.br /Let's hope the GH Collection gives them a third #1 album, but there's competition with Leona Lewis. Buy it as it goes to Children In Need.

1 out of 5 stars Ha ha ha ha ha ha ha - thud!   November 15, 2007

OHMIGOSH - I know I'm a bit slow on the uptake, because I've only just caught this on MTV. What a limp, half-hearted effort! But, far more importantly, in the video, what's Posh doing pouting to the finishing-line in skimpies so tiny she has to sit stock still to avoid popping out? I'm certainly not buying any "slumber-party" angle. It deserves one star purely for the entertainment value of THAT. And sure, it'll go top five, then straight into the bargain bins.
