"The Book of Revelation" is a somewhat tedious,overlong Australian film about a young male dancer who gets abducted by three sadistic ,hooded women and is enchained while they submit him to all manners of (explicit) sexual torture and degradation. After his release the dancer becomes slightly deranged and distant and embarks upon a paranoid search for his captors that ends with a shocking act of violence. This film fails to engage the emotions and it's slow pace doesn't grip the audience and draw them in , rather it frustrates them and certainly there were plenty of occasions where I felt like pressing the fast forward button. I thought the acting was overdone and unimpressive and the whole enterprise was just too long and drawn out to be interesting ,never mind entertaining.

I am not surprised there are no other reviews for this film. It is worst than second rate. Do not even put it in your machine. You would be wasting power, and a chunk of your life. Rubbish
