matt lucas who stars in new comedy little britain totaly shines in this video,performing some of his earliest work. this video is a must for any matt lucas fans! also quality comedy from the likes of smack the pony and league of gentlemen

My main reason for purchasing this was the promise of Steve Coogan as "primary contributor". If you have been unfortunate enough to see this video, you will have observed that the comic genius that is Coogan 'contributes' for about four minutes by way of some Paul Calf stand up. This is at the beginning of the video, and is not even particularly fresh material if you've seen a lot of his work. Things start to go down hill from here on in. This is not to say that there isn't the occasional gag from some known, some not so well known comedians, but at the end of the day, it seems to me that the material used by most in the video is quite tired. The only real bonus I can take from purchasing this is that a small percentage of the cost (not nearly enough if you ask me) goes towards Comic Relief and makes me feel it wasn't 'that' much of a waste of my cash.
